Happy Halloween Part II

7:40 pm

Ronella and me celebrate Halloween every year and this year we've been super creative. In our previous post we've shown you a quick and easy DIY, that is perfect to spice up your room and get into the festive spirit. Scroll down for 3 spooky and delicious food snacks.

My mom bought me four pumpkins and we had so much fun trying to carve them. Although it was my first time ever carving a pumpkin, I think I nailed that cat figure.

We also prepared some halloween snacks DIYs.

1) OREO bloody eyeballs
Ingredients:
- OREO cookies
- brown M&Ms
- gel food colouring

Basically twist and seperate the cookie. Draw the irises and bloody veins. Place the M&M in the middle and you're done.

2) Pumpkin pretzels
Ingredients:
- pretzels
- white chocolate
- butter and milk (if needed)
- food colouring (red and yellow drops)
- green M&Ms

Melt white chocolate in the pot and add a little bit of butter to make it more creamy. If the mixture gets too thick, add some milk. When it's all melted and smooth, add food colouring - easy with the red; add gradually and only few drops at the time. Stir and add the colouring until you get that pumpkin orange hue. Dip the pretzels into the chocolate and while they're still sticky, place green M&M as a petal.

3) Chocolate Graveyard
Ingredients:
- cookies
- OREO cookies
- sour worms
- gel food colouring
- chocolate pudding

Buy or cook chocolate pudding. Let it cool overnight. Place it all in one big bowl and top it off with mashed OREO cookies. Write 'R.I.P.' signs on light brown cookies and slightly dip them into the pudding. Decorate with sour worms.

HAPPY BELATED HALLOWEEN, GUYS! What did you go as for Halloween?
